Bringing your site to life without having to know how to code is what this page is all about. This is achieved through Content Management Systems and their available themes.
There are many different content management systems, such as WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal, but the one that I use and recommend is WordPress. WordPress has been around for many years – since 2003. (You can view the history of WordPress at https://codex.wordpress.org/History.) It’s completely FREE, stable, secure, and extremely easy to use and install.
WordPress will allow you to create blog posts, upload photos or even videos, create new web pages, view and reply to user comments, make modifications to themes, install plugins, add additional users, and a whole lot more.
The great thing about WordPress is that it is modular, meaning that you can add on many different functionalities by just installing a plugin. For example, plugins can add additional levels of security to your website, provide you an easier way for display ad’s, provide different forms of contact, provide you with a recipe plugin, or even add a membership only function. These are just a mentioned few, but the sky is the limit when it comes to the immense amount of plugins available.
If you are ready to install WordPress, then follow the video tutorial below where I will walk you through the whole process. If you have questions along the way feel free to reach out to me at any time.
